Who We Are

Developing, Organizing, Visions for Everyone (D.O.V.E) is a community based organization that provides re-entry and crime prevention programs designed for system impacted individuals.

Developing Organizing Visions for Everyone (D.O.V.E.) was inspired by an actual curse. Dove was the name given to the Executive Director by the gang that recruited Cameron when he was ten years old. After his incarceration due to gang activities he vowed to give his curse name back as a blessing. Using the acronym D.O.V.E he founded Developing, Organizing , Visions for Everyone. Cameron wanted to give back to a society that he once took so selfishly from and through D.O.V.E. it is being done.

D.O.V.E. was founded in 2018 by a former juvenile lifer to provide a safe haven for those impacted by the Criminal Justice system. Since then D.O.V.E. has grown in services and programs to prevent anyone on the verge of incarceration and help navigate life after incarceration. D.O.V.E. is a second-chance employer and values life experience and education.

Our Mission

The mission of DOVE is to be a community development organization serving our local communities by engaging in a broad range of strategies that promote gang prevention, community health, education, and development and to also engage in activities which are necessary, suitable or convenient.

Our Vision

Established in 2018 D.O.V.E strives to provide effective services to successfully re-integrate the formerly incarcerated back into the community as well as assist those who are on the verge of incarceration with prevention education and case management services.
